Job Description

Branch Account Management on a Daily Basis

  1. Sales invoices. Summary & detailed.
  2. Cash book
  3. Expenses book
  4. Vouchers for all credit and debit along with receipts/invoices in the category.
  5. Payments to HO, Suppliers, etc…. and statements.
  6. Outstandings/debtors and age-wise statement.
  7. Reconciliation of bank, cash, customer, debtors, HO, etc…
  8. Filling TVA, BIC, CNSS, etc… on time.
  9. Month-on-month, quarterly, and yearly account filling to the government.
  10. Preparation of P&L, and balance sheet.

Administration

  1. Preparation of pay role and reimbursements.
  2. Office administration and human resource role.
  3. Employee contracts making and renewal, attendance, leave, and pay monitoring as per local regulations.
  4. Expats VISA, permit renewal, etc...
  5. Monitoring legal cases if any as per management guidance.
  6. Asset management, office maintenance, utilities, cleanliness, etc...
  7. Local purchases if any, cheque deposits, collection, withdrawals

Inventory Management

  1. Keeping store stock updated live, material issuance, and material receipts.
  2. Inventory reconciliation vs. receipts and sold.
  3. Clearing goods, handling transistors, and clearing agents.

Customer handling

  1. Discussion with customers on workshop repairs, understand and keep job cards updated.
  2. Preparation of quotes and negotiation.
  3. Preparation of invoices, delivering goods, gate passes, payment collection, etc…
  4. Keeping all customer records, proforma, invoices, gate passes, payment collection, etc… in prescribed formats, files, and folders.
