The PRD Air Core 100 is a robust sample recovery drilling rig, perfect for surface exploration. With a pull-up force of 10,000 kg, it can drill 4-inch diameter holes up to 100 meters deep at angles from 45 to 90 degrees. Powered by a truck engine with a PTO option, its hydraulic system ensures efficient performance. The rig's sturdy welded steel platform and single hydraulic cylinder for mast control guarantee reliability. This versatile rig features essential drilling tools such as an RC head, cyclone, RC hose, and swivel. Its rotary head and double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a 1:2 rope- z vreeving system enhance efficiency. With a hydraulic-operated breakout wrench for quick rod joint separation and a 450-liter hydraulic tank, the PRD Air Core 100 is built for optimal performance. It offers flexible mounting options on trucks, crawlers, or skids, making it adaptable to various terrains and ideal for all your drilling needs.
